Return & Exchange Policy

We value customer satisfaction and strive to provide a smooth return process. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully:

1. 7-Day Return Policy
   You can request a return within 7 days of receiving the device.

2. Payment After Receiving the Device
   Payment must be made only after receiving and inspecting the device.

3. Condition of Returned Device
   The device must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered. Any change in condition will void the return.

4. Return Shipping Charges
   Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

5. No Return on Damaged Products
   Returns will not be accepted for any device that is physically damaged or tampered with.

6. Refund Timeline
   After receiving and inspecting the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3 to 4 working days.

7. Bank Account for Refund
   Refunds will only be issued to the same bank account from which the payment was originally made.

8. Non-Refundable Courier Charges
   Shipping or courier charges are non-refundable.

9. Change of Mind
   Returns due to a change of mind will not be accepted.
