Shipping Policy

At Shah Jee Electronics (shahje.pk), we deliver orders all across Pakistan. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing: Orders are processed after advance payment confirmation. Once your payment is verified, your order is packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Delivery Time: Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days across Pakistan, depending on your city and the courier. Remote areas may take a little longer.

Shipping Charges: Good news — shipping is currently FREE on all orders across Pakistan.

Tracking: Orders are sent through trusted courier services. Your tracking details will be shared with you on WhatsApp after dispatch.

Correct Address: Please provide your complete address and an active mobile number. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the customer is unavailable at delivery.

Damaged Parcel: If your parcel arrives damaged, inform us on WhatsApp within 24 hours with photos or a video, so we can help you under our Return & Exchange Policy.
