Welcome to Shah Jee Electronics (shahje.pk). By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. General: We sell 4G/5G WiFi devices, modem routers, antennas, and accessories across Pakistan. We may update products, prices, and these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Prices & Payment: All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All orders are placed against advance payment through bank transfer. Your order is processed and dispatched only after your payment is confirmed. Please share the payment screenshot as instructed on the product page. If you forget to upload the screenshot while placing your order, you can also send it to us on WhatsApp at +92-370-4929227.

3. Orders & Cancellation: We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the payment is not received or cannot be verified, or the delivery address is incomplete. If you have already paid for a cancelled order, the full amount will be refunded to the same bank account used for payment.

4. Shipping: Orders are delivered within 2–4 working days across Pakistan, as described in our Shipping Policy. Delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility, but we will always help you track your order.

5. Returns & Refunds: Returns and exchanges are accepted under our Return & Exchange Policy (7-day return window; refunds processed within 3–4 working days after we receive and inspect the item).

6. Product Information: We try to keep product descriptions, specifications, and images accurate. Minor differences in color or packaging may occur. Warranty, where mentioned on a product page, is provided according to that product's terms.

7. Acceptable Use: You must not misuse this store, place fraudulent orders, or submit false payment proof. Such orders will be cancelled and may be reported.

8. Liability: Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

9. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
